As Co-Founder and Head of Cardiology at Jupiter Hospitals, and Founder of Asian Heart Institute and Ashirwad Heart Hospital, he has played a pivotal role in shaping high-quality, patient-centric healthcare delivery in India.
Dr. Shah's vision and operational expertise have helped establish world-class hospital systems rooted in integrity, transparency, and clinical excellence. His leadership extends beyond medicine bridging the worlds of healthcare management, technology adoption, and patient trust.

Dr. Jaydeep Tank is one of India's most respected names in obstetrics and reproductive medicine, with over three decades of clinical leadership and academic contribution. A Fellow (Honoris Causa) of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK), he has served as President of the Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI) and the Mumbai Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society (MOGS).
Over his career, Dr. Tank has been instrumental in shaping national policies and advancing best practices in reproductive health. He has consulted for over 20 IVF centers across India and internationally - including the National Fertility Centre in the Maldives - helping them achieve higher clinical and ethical standards.
Known for his mentorship and patient-centered approach, he has trained dozens of fertility specialists and remains deeply committed to making advanced reproductive care accessible and evidence-based.

Dr. Parikshit Tank brings over 25 years of expertise in obstetrics, gynaecology, and reproductive medicine, combining clinical excellence with a strong academic and leadership background. Currently serving as the Deputy Secretary General of FOGSI, he has also been a Committee Member of FIGO's Preterm Birth Initiative, contributing to global discussions on maternal and reproductive health.
A Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK), Dr. Tank is associated with 15+ leading IVF hospitals and centres across India. His clinical expertise spans IVF, ICSI, high-risk pregnancy management, and patient counselling, with a particular focus on evidence-driven, ethical fertility care.
At Pluro, he brings his deep understanding of the challenges and aspirations of modern reproductive practice - championing a model that empowers doctors and delivers transparent, personalised treatment to every patient.

Mr. Siddharth Shah

Siddharth is the Founder who started PharmEasy with an intent to change the way healthcare is delivered in India. He is currently vice-chariman of API Holdings / PharmEasy. He dreamt of creating India's first digital healthcare platform while still pursuing his MBA with the vision of 'Simplifying Healthcare, Impacting Lives', and has worked for over a decade to realise that dream as API Holdings.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from D.J. Sanghvi College, Mumbai and a PGDM (equivalent to MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
He has been felicitated with the 'Fortune India 40 under 40' honours for 'India's brightest young business minds' and 'The Economic Times 40 under 40' in 2021, along with being the youngest recipient of 'IIMA Alumni Achievers Award'.
Apart from his entrepreneurial journey, Siddharth is an avid traveller and sports enthusiast, having been a National level Go-karting Champion for several years. He actively volunteers for Gitarth Ganga - in creating several libraries and centres of excellence on Indian religious & cultural heritage
